Amarnath Yatra 2025: CHC-Authorized Doctors & Health Centres in Jammu & Kashmir

For the sacred Shri Amarnathji Yatra 2025, all pilgrims are required to obtain a Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) before registration. In the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, the government has authorized a vast network of medical officers and healthcare institutions at every district and block level to issue CHCs in the official format approved by the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB).

Whether you are from Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Baramulla, Budgam, Kulgam, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Shopian, or Bandipora, you can get your certificate from a nearby hospital or Primary Health Centre (PHC).

• Photo ID (Aadhaar/Driving License/Voter ID)
